Pumpkin Muffins

I love Pumpkin muffins!  I love Pumpkin Waffles, and pancakes, pumpkin soup…. and you name it!  It is the only way I can tell it is Fall around here!  Have you tried our Pumpkin Muffin Recipe from the magazine?  I wanted to clarify that you need 3 Eggs!  That bit was left out of the magazine.  It said to add eggs but it did not say how many.  Ooops, so I am posting the recipe again here.  It really is a yummy yummy recipe!  We have had a huge amount of readers this time around with the magazine,  which makes me happy.  If you haven’t seen it yet you can read the digital copy for free.  Or for those who love a hardcopy in hand you can order one.  Thanks for all your love and support with this magazine.  It is a fun journey!
