Last month, I was fortunate to attend one of Jenny Evans’ Cooking Classes. Imagine, gathering with friends in her beautiful Coto de Caza home as she cooks and teaches how to prepare the most delicious dishes. Her menus are exquisite. Jenny is so fun to watch and to chat with. Not only do you get to dine and eat all that was created that night, but you also get to walk away with recipes and the knowledge of how to create them again in your own home.

Hi, I’m Jenny.
To me food brings people together, especially good food.
I am a wife and a mother of six who loves all things culinary. When I got married I did not know how to cook and I set out to learn how. I have not stopped learning since. I have taken dozens of cooking classes, learned multiple techniques and I love sharing what I have learned.
My classes, Gatherings… for the Love of Food, is all about learning to cook a delicious meal and then eating it together and hopefully having a fun time in the process. Consider it an educational dinner party.
I want you to know that I am very particular about the menus I decide to teach. I will never teach you how to make a mediocre dish. My goal is to make a meal that will rock your world, so you are motivated to cook it in your home.
Meals are a time to get closer, build relationships and enjoy life. I would love to have you join me for one.
